Detailed shading, overall painterly aesthetic, simple background to complement piece included. More detailed background available for additional charge
DISCRETIONARY CHARGES // $10+
Additional charge(s) to be added for extremely detailed or complex environments, character designs and outfits, etc.

WILL DRAW/WON'T DRAW

+ animals
+ NSFW (at my discretion)
+non-excessive blood/gore/injuries
+ clone/clone content (for Star Wars commissions)I will not draw:
+ any sort of noncon, underage, extreme kink

PAYMENT
Commissions are to be paid with a 50% down payment at start of commission and the remaining 50% upon completion. I will not begin work on your piece unless I have received payment.
All transactions are to be completed via PayPal in USD (with an invoice). If the remaining payment is not received within one week of completion of the piece, a 10% late fee will be added to the remaining balance owed.

REVISIONS & TURNAROUND TIME
I will provide you with progress updates throughout your piece. You are entitled to two (2) revisions before the final product is provided for you. Charges may occur for additional revisions/changes.
Your commission is non-refundable unless I have to cancel your commission.
Turnaround time is generally between 2-8 weeks. I reserve the right to extend a commission TAT by two weeks, with notification provided to you at least one week before original deadline.

USAGE RIGHTS
I reserve the right to use commissioned work(s) in my public and personal portfolios, including sharing them on Instagram and Tumblr. If you'd like me to keep your commission private, just let me know.My work is for non-commercial use only. By commissioning me, you agree to not:
A) Make it appear as though you are the artist (i.e. reposting/sharing it without credit)
B) Redistribute my work for profit (i.e. uploading my work to your personal RedBubble store, etc.)
C) Use my work for promotional purposes, game assets, etc.Printing my work for personal use/display is okay provided it's not done through a commercial printing site.
